  • Amy Mason
    Amy Mason Chief Financial Officer

Growing up in a small town in southern Michigan, in lieu of attending a traditional college, Amy joined her husband as an Army wife for 5 years and finished a BS in Accounting shortly thereafter. Seeing the world with the Army made them long to return to the Midwest where Amy’s attention to detail and thirst for learning lead her to pursue a MS in Accounting, accept a position in a prominent central Indianapolis accounting firm and, ultimately, to Blue Ridge Automation, Inc.

Amy brings a level of quality and detail to BRA that perfectly complements the great engineering minds of her fellow officers. It’s impossible not to notice her fierce dedication to business ethics and accounting standards. She has helped the company excel in ways that make her an invaluable asset.

Amy and her adoring husband reside in a northeast suburb or Indianapolis where they are raising their brood of energetic young children. As a family, they enjoy trips to the zoo and area parks, serving their church through local and global outreach, and spending time with extended family.

  • Chad Wallace
    Chad Wallace Chief Executive Officer

With over a decade and a half of experience in electrical engineering, Chad first found his enthusiasm for automation while growing up in Wilkinson, Indiana. He often helped his father and grandfather with projects. As a plant maintenance leader for an innovative global building materials company, Chad was instrumental in reducing operation and maintenance costs. He also planned and executed large projects. Later as an electrical and automation manager for a leading beverage manufacturer, Chad helped create a path for apprentices while he lead his teams through several expansions.

Chad is highly regarded for his integrity. He is dependable and an invaluable asset on all of his projects. Chad enjoys finding solutions and designing innovations to help production run smoothly and efficiently.

Chad and his wonderful wife live in the same community where they grew up. They are raising their lively children in the same school system they both attended in Hancock County. They enjoy their rural setting. They garden, tend to a small patch of woods and pasture, and dabble in the art of brewing craft beer. They supplement their outdoor pastimes with humanity work with their church and spending as much time as possible with family.

  • Ryan Mortland
    Ryan Mortland Executive Chairman

When Central Illinois native Ryan Mortland turned his passion for control systems technology into a college career, the school he chose recognized his talent awarding him the Most Outstanding Graduate Award for the school.  Ryan went on to work for a prominent St. Louis based engineering firm, and later with several of Indiana’s finest manufacturing facilities to expand his enthusiasm for this industry and build his knowledge base.  In 2011, Ryan formed Blue Ridge Automation Inc. to allow himself to get back to a more hands on approach working with control systems found in manufacturing plants, food processing plants, utilities, refineries, breweries and chemical plants.  In 2015 Ryan, seeing the need to grow BRA, brought on specific partners who share a vision and passion for control system integration.

Ryan promotes a culture of innovation both within Blue Ridge Automation Inc, and among his clients. He is an invaluable resource because of his experience in a vast array of manufacturing areas, his numerous certifications and advanced programs.

Ryan and his beautiful wife proudly call historic Noblesville their home where they enjoy the splendor of gardening and watching their children grow.
